SENIOR ADMITTED CONVEYANCER - AA POSITION

SUMMARY:
CONVEYANCER - Tokai, Western Cape
Market Related 
Our client, a forward-thinking law firm, is looking for a Senior Admitted Conveyancer who can work independently on Conveyancing transactions (Transfers and Bonds).

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Admitted Attorney and Conveyancer
• Minimum of 3 years experience post admission as a Conveyancer in Conveyancing practice
• Minimum of 2 years experience in the total end-to-end Bonds process, relating to the minimum requirements as set out in the Panelled Attorney Service Level Agreement contracted with the banks.
• Experience with at least 2 of the 4 major banks is essential
• LexisConvey and E4 system knowledge and experience, as well as studios, DocExchange, and LexisSign requirements.
