POSITION INFO:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Agricultural Diploma/Degree
• Min of 6 previous years avocado farm management experience
• Avocado packhouse experience advantageous
• Proven management skills
• HACCP / BRC / SIZA / EE background
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Natural ability to liase with farmers and exporters
• Ability to work with and motivate a team
• Strong admin and record keeping skills
• HR management experience advantageous
