SUMMARY:
Our client, in the disposal and recycling sector, has an exciting opportunity available for a driven and experienced bookkeeper to join their team.
This position is based at their office in Paarden Eiland in Cape Town.

POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities:

Invoicing
Increase Letters
Debtors
Creditors
Credit application purchase forms
Banking
Ensure closing of financial year end for Payroll and Accounting.
Payroll
SARS (EMP201, EMP501, VAT, Workman’s compensation, UIF, PAYE)
Petty Cash
Petrol expenditure
Contracts/ Service Agreement Management
All relevant documentation handling
Provide financial information to management on a regular basis

Qualification & Requirements:

A relevant tertiary qualification in accounting / bookkeeping
At least 4 years comparable experience
Pastel Payroll experience
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work on your own
Detail oriented
Own reliable transport
