SENIOR BOOKKEEPER/ACCOUNTANT (FINANCE, CAPE TOWN)

Brilliant opportunity for an established bookkeeper/ financial accountant who wants to grow and WORK FROM HOME.
This is a position is a multifaceted position comprising of working for a financial organization including managing a property portfolio and assisting the directors in their personal capacity as set out.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

Salary negotiable on experience.
Accounting experience 5 – 10 years (required)
Administration experience 5 – 10 years (required)
Property Management experience 1 – 2 years (required)

Key Duties:

Accounts, open and updating on accounting package
Updating interest on accounting package
Issuing invoices / closing balances to debtors
Reconcile debtors account after payment received
Import Bank statement into accounting package
Reconcile bank account, credit card statements, etc
Generate trial balances, income and expenses statements
Prepare monthly management accounts
Payroll
Tax submissions
Provide auditors with all info for yearly tax submissions
Yearly CIPC administration and renewal
Monthly reporting
Cashflow reports
VAT201 submissions bi-monthly
Provide auditors with all info for yearly tax submissions
