SUMMARY:
Lubumbashi Area – DRC: Our client is looking for a Senior Farm Manager to join the team.

The Senior Farm Manager oversees comprehensive farm operations, including crop and livestock production, infrastructure, and staff management across large estates (2,000–3,000 hectares).

Due to the accommodation on the farm this position would suit a single person.

POSITION INFO:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of 10 years of experience managing large-scale farming operations.
Demonstrated leadership in multi-disciplinary agricultural environments.
Proficient in budgeting, logistics, and team development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead strategic and day-to-day operations across all agricultural and livestock activities.
Manage teams, equipment (20–25 tractor fleet), and operational budgets.
Report directly to the executive team.
Oversee compliance with local standards and operational best practices.
Mentor junior managers and develop local staff capacity
