Minimum qualification: Matric with completed degree in Human Resources. 5 - 10 Years'' working experience withing the Human Resource environment.

POSITION INFO:

SENIOR HR OFFICER WITH COMPLETED HR DEGREE

Appointment: Permanent, full time position

Area: Centurion, Gauteng

Basic Salary: R60 000 per month gross

A well-established company in the motor industry with various franchises is looking for a Senior HR Officer.

Minimum qualification: Matric with completed degree in Human Resources.
5 - 10 Years'' working experience withing the Human Resource environment.

Previous Experience include but not limited to:

Employment Equity and BBBEE experience essential
Training and Development experience essential
Policy and procedure draft and implementation experience essential
Extremely operational
SAGE Payroll experience and understanding of payroll process
- 300 employees
Have experience in corporate and blue-collar workers experience essential
Able to do report writing
IR Management
Experience and understanding of Bargaining Council structure and agreements
Management of Training and Development programs and initiatives
Drafting of policies, procedures, and processes
Report writing
Union / staff representative liaison
Employment Equity Committee meetings
Drafting of Employment Equity goals and targets
Recruitment and selection
Formulation of Job profiles with KPI’s
Willing to travel between franchises
