SENIOR LITIGATION ASSOCIATE

SUMMARY:
Our Legal client, based in Cape Town CBD is seeking a highly skilled Senior Litigation Associate to join their litigation team The ideal candidate must be a self-starter and have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Salary: R50 000 CTC per month, based on experience

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• LLB Degree
• Admitted Attorney with Right of Appearance in the High Court of South Africa
• At least 7 years' post admission experience in Corporate Litigation
• Solid knowledge of Administrative law and Constitutional law
• Proven experience in matters involving the public sector
• Ability to manage full litigation caseload independently
• Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality legal work under pressure
• Strong client engagement and matter analysis skills
• Excellent drafting and argumentation skills
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
• Familiar with legal developments and processes in the public sector
