What You Bring to the Team:
- A relevant degree or diploma in Computer Science or related field — or equivalent hands-on experience that speaks for itself
- 6+ years of robust, hands-on software engineering experience
- Proficiency in C#, Angular, JavaScript, HTML, XML, SQL, Windows, and .NET technologies
- Experience across Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Strong data modelling skills, including both normalized and dimensional models
- Deep understanding of various data storage subsystems and optimization techniques
- A commitment to clean, maintainable, and testable code
- Excellent analytical and research skills to solve complex development problems
- Familiarity with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and best practices in modern software engineering
- Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
