SUMMARY:
Honours / Masters / PHD Degree in Hydrogeology / Geology / Environmental Sciences

POSITION INFO:

This role is a strategic, long-term and high-level appointment for our international client in the environmental services and consulting sector.

Seeking Honours / Masters / PHD Degreed applicants with a minimum of 8 years experience in a Project Management / Senior PM capacity, with experience in undertaking and managing contaminated land investigations, as well as a strong Business Development background.

Experience in Site Assessment, Risk Assessment and Remediation of Contaminated Sites
Experience in design, installation and management of in-situ remediation systems (mandatory)
Strong Project Management skills including: proposal writing, budget tracking, project scheduling, quality control etc
Experience gained within the Oil & Gas, Chemical / Fine Chemical and Manufacturing sectors preferred
Track record of building client relationships in one or more of these sectors, would be an added advantage
Travelling throughout Africa will be required
Candidates who have published articles, opinion pieces and who presented at local / international conference will be preferred
