SUMMARY:
Tax Guru required for a JSE listed company. Must have Deferred Tax experience and staff management.

POSITION INFO:

Exceed your full potential as a Tax specialist at a JSE listed company that is the biggest producer in their market.

Main duties:

This role will be part of the Statutory Reporting department:

Direct and Indirect Tax
Managing the group of companies portfolio which will include both the tax compliance and coordinating the tax advice.
You will be working closely with the directors and the Reporting Manager
As part of the Senior Management team, you will be responsible for the development and management of junior staff, including delegation of work as appropriate, monitoring and coaching of junior staff.
Vat capturing training
Defferred tax experience
Prepare tax returns

Non negotiable requirements:

Experienced CA (SA) that is looking for an opportunity to work as a Senior Manager
5+ years post articles experience in tax compliance and advisory work (preferably in practice).
Have a full understanding of teh Tax function
Have a strong relationship with SARS
Be able to work in a team but shoul dbe able to lead a team
