SUMMARY:
My client in the Media Industry is looking for a SEO Specialist. This role is responsible for delivering Search Engine Optimisation technical audits, competitor analysis, keyword research, guiding content strategies and developing link building strategies.

POSITION INFO:

Position: SEO Specialist

Location: Johannesburg, Gauteng
Salary: R 25,000 - R 30,000

Introduction:
My client in the Media Industry is looking for a SEO Specialist. This role is responsible for delivering Search Engine Optimisation technical audits, competitor analysis, keyword research, guiding content strategies and developing link building strategies.
 
Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to code in HTML, CSS and PHP  
• Agency, Media Owner or Client-Side experience essential

• Excellent experience and understanding of SEO and social, including current developments 
• Web developer background desirable (MySQL, JavaScript, system admin, SVN/repository knowledge) 
• Understanding of client-side analytics packages highly desirable (Omniture, Coremetrics, GA)
• Good knowledge of overall online marketing mix including PPC and Display 
• Good knowledge of overall online marketing mix
• Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
