SUMMARY:
An established company in the industrial refrigeration industry is looking for young person with ambition to learn and grow in business to join their administration team to take care of service agreements. Based in Killarney Gardens.

POSITION INFO:

We are looking for a young candidate, fluent in English and Afrikaans
Diligent and accurate calculations of all Time sheets for the technicians and assistants.
Daily updates and knowledge of where each service team is and what they require.
Generating, Compiling & sending quotes to clients when required.
Following up on these quotes and ordering parts needed.
Working closing with the Service Manager to make sure that all Jobs and call-outs from our clients are handled promptly
Liase with clients to when scheduled work will be done.
General admin and filing of work done.
