4 years + in IT Service Management
University degree in Information Technology

Preference:

2 years + experience IT Service Desk Operations
2 years + experience ITIL Disciplines (Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration or Capacity)
IT Infrustructure Library (ITIL) Advanced
