Requirements:

• 4 years + in IT Service Management
• University degree in Information Technology

Preference:

• 2 years + experience IT Service Desk Operations
• 2 years + experience ITIL Disciplines (Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration or Capacity)
• IT Infrustructure Library (ITIL) Advanced
