SUMMARY:
A well-established service-based company is seeking a hands-on, solutions-driven Service Manager to lead its operational team in Nelspruit. This role requires strong people management capabilities, operational oversight, and a commitment to compliance and service excellence. Industry knowledge (especially pest control) is beneficial but not essential.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Grade 12 (Operations or Management diploma advantageous)
Minimum 5 years' experience in a service-related industry
Valid drivers license
Proficient in English and at least one additional local language (preferred)
Computer literate and highly organized
Able to pass client-mandated medical tests
High sense of urgency and accountability
