SERVICE SUPPORT CO-ORDINATOR
* Diesel/earthmoving Mechanic Trade team. As a key member * 305 Years' Earthmoving Industry experience

Duties and Responsibilities:

Coordinate Service Schedules and Maintenance tasks
Warranty Claim submissions & OEM Payments
Provide Technical Support to Field Technicians
Liaise with Clients and Suppliers to ensure timely service delivery
Track and Report on Service Activities
Assist in Troubleshooting and resolving Technical issues
Administrative Duties
