SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SHEQ Officer with a strong background in the food industry to join a leading national organisation within the supply chain sector. This role is ideal for a quality-driven professional who is passionate about ensuring compliance, maintaining rigorous food safety standards, and promoting a strong culture of health, safety, and environmental responsibility across operations.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements

2– 3 years’ experience in the Food industry
Some QSR/Fast food exposure an advantage
Diploma in Food Technology and Safety Management
Intermediate Computer literacy MS Office – Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Knowledge of FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, HACCP, and ISO 45001
Knowledge on SAMTRAC/ Safety
Computer Literacy: intermediate to advance skills in MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, PowerBI

Key Responsibilities:

To ensure the ongoing implementation, evaluation, control, and maintenance of various Quality, Health and Safety standards within the company.
To ensure adherence to the audit schedule while conducting internal and external SHEQ audits.
Ensuring continuous improvement throughout the business by implementing policies, ensuringadherence to business procedures and improve quality, health and safety and food safety services.
