Our client a leading company in the mineral and industrial sector is seeking an experienced SHEQ Officer to join their team

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Matric
• National Diploma in Safety Management or equivalent qualification
• SAMTRAC certification will be advantageous
• Sound knowledge of relevant South African safety, health, and environmental legislation (OHS Act, COID Act)
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 standards
• Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel essential)
• Fluency in English and Afrikaans (additional African language an advantage)
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage a multi-cultural environment
• Valid driver’s license and passport
