Our client in the agricultural industry is currently seeking a Shift Production Manager for their operations in the Nelspruit area

POSITION INFO:

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in food science / food technology / manufacturing engineering
• 5 years Functional Experience in Agricutural Production and Manufacturing Processes and Techniques
• 5 years experience leading a team (150 +/-)
• Strong Computer Literacy, Numeracy and Analytical Skills
• Health and Safety Standards and Compliance Knowledge
• Process Improvement Techniques Knowledge
• Machines and Equipment Knowledge
• Basic Knowledge of Engineering and Technology Principles and Practices
