* Qualification in Supply Chain Management will be an

* Minimum 5 Years Shipping Management experience
* Computer Literate
* Implement shipping/inventory Business strategy plan
* Act as a knowledge source
* Good understanding of the process of applying and the
application of Letters of Authority issued by NRCS
* Negotiate pricing
