SITE ASSEMBLY/FACILITIES MANAGER - RICHARDS BAY
POSITION INFO:
Candidate with a degree in either Mechanical/Industrial/Construction Engineering for client in Richards Bay for 18 month contract. 10 - 15 years experience in industrial fabrication, site management or modular construction, with strong leadership, planning and stakeholder communication skills. Duties will include setting up and managing the Richards Bay assembly facility. Manage final assembly, testing and shipment of modular buildings, lead workforce recruitment & performance management. Ensure compliance with safety, quality & operational standards, cost control, scheduling and stakeholder engagement.
