JOB SUMMARY:
Our client in the air-conditioning and ventilation industry is looking for an administrative assistant to join their maintenance team. The ideal candidate would be able to work timely and efficiently to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities:

Assisting with the administration of a high volume of customer service level agreements
Regular reporting to the SLA Account Manager
Assisting the scheduling and management of technical teams during operations
Assisting with client communication, invoicing and service feedback reports
Maintaining good client relationships
Other ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

Matric / Grade 12 qualification
Computer literacy skills, especially in Excel and Pastel
Outstanding admin and organisational skills
Strong clear communication skills
Professional telephone manner
Customer focused and friendly
Detail orientated with excellent time management skills
