SLA ADMINISTRATOR ASSISTANT

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with the administration of a high volume of customer service level agreements
• Regular reporting to the SLA Account Manager
• Assisting the scheduling and management of technical teams during operations
• Assisting with client communication, invoicing and service feedback reports
• Maintaining good client relationships
• Other ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Matric / Grade 12 qualification
• Computer literacy skills, especially in Excel and Pastel
• Outstanding admin and organisational skills
• Strong clear communication skills
• Professional telephone manner
• Customer focused and friendly
• Detail orientated with excellent time management skills
