JOB SUMMARY:

JOB DESCRIPTION:

To manage our company’s contracts with special emphases on SLA’s , FICA and POPI Act. In depth liaisons and negotiations with our Clients

Primary purpose of the position

Stock purchases and transfer administration
Trade-ins and points transfers
New Developer Sales Contract administration (e.g. Mjejane , Finfoot)

Qualifications:

Grade 12
Relevant tertiary qualification is beneficial

Experience:

3+ yrs exp as an independent Contracts Administrator
2 years general administrative skills
Contracts, conveyancing or other relent experience would be highly beneficial
Problem solving skills
Sound interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Office
FICA / CPA and NCR knowledge or understanding would also be beneficial
Knowledge of POPI Act
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
