SMI 15609 - Junior Admitted Attorney – Foreclosures

Our client seeks a candidate with litigation experience and preferably, exposure to foreclosure matters. The role involves drafting summonses, applications, and various other affidavits; briefing counsel; preparing matters for court; and engaging in communication and negotiation with consumers.

This is an admin-intensive role that requires proficiency in CaseLines and Court Online. The successful candidate must have their own transport, as occasional court appearances may be required.
