A reputable law firm offering services in Banking Law, Property Law, Litigation and Debt Review located in Johannesburg North.

Job Description

Our client seeks a candidate with litigation experience and preferably, exposure to foreclosure matters. The role involves drafting summonses, applications, and various other affidavits; briefing counsel; preparing matters for court; and engaging in communication and negotiation with consumers.

This is an admin-intensive role that requires proficiency in CaseLines and Court Online. The successful candidate must have their own transport, as occasional court appearances may be required.

Qualifications

LLB Degree
Admitted Attorney of the High Court

Skills

The successful candidate must have:

Minimum 2 years of experience in practice post-admission
Some knowledge of foreclosure processes
Strong aptitude for administration
