SMI 17831 - Legal Receptionist / Assistant Bookkeeper – Law Firm (East Rand)

Our client is looking to hire a competent Receptionist with basic experience or knowledge of bookkeeping and finance.

You will be responsible for:

• Greeting and assisting visitors in a professional and friendly manner
• Managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
• Scheduling appointments and maintaining office calendars
• Handling basic bookkeeping tasks such as recording transactions and processing invoices
• Assisting with financial record-keeping and supporting the finance team when required
• Maintaining organized filing systems (both digital and physical)
• Ensuring the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times
• Providing general administrative support to colleagues and management
