SNR ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE CONTROLLER
Debtors Manager
Randpark Ridge

POSITION INFO:

SNR ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE CONTROLLER. The sucessful incumbent will come from the mining or manufacturing industry.

Managerial experience, even if it is a small team
Credit Insurance knowledge and experience a must
JDE advantageous
Excel advanced skills

Full debtors function
Collections of outstanding amounts from debtors
Manage the credit insurance process, submit monthly declarations and liaise with CGIC
Process all credit applications
Ensure allocation of receipts are done timeously
Reconcile age to statement and age to GL balancing
Produce monthly debtors reports for management packs
Produce quarterly credit limit report and update internal credit limits
Maintain JDE to ensure accuracy of all master data
Match receipts from debtors in JDE
Compile bad debt assessment on a monthly basis
Report on debtors outstanding and action plans for long outstanding debtors
Distribution of statements to debtors
General financial modelling and analytical tasks

BComm Accounting, National Credit Management or recognised bookkeeping qualification
More than 5 years’ experience in a debtors position in a company that sells product in bulk
Experience with credit insurance (CGIC)
Fully computer literate / advanced Excel skills
