SUMMARY:
In this role as an intern you will gain valuable workplace experience to support the overall business in the marketing and sponsorship department including events and hospitality management.

REQUIREMENTS:

Matric – Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) Non-negotiable

Qualification in Marketing Management or Digital Marketing and Social Media
Good Knowledge of MS Office 365
Passion in digital marketing and social media content creation and management
Strong understanding of social media platforms and in tune with trends
Creative and eager to learn
Strong cross functional communication skills
Comfortable presenting and pitching social media concepts
Able to work independently
Able to work in and thrive in a in a fast fast-paced environment
Must be well organised
Ability to work under pressure
Excellent time management skills and multitasking abilities
Deadline driven
Detail oriented and accurately checking processes

KEY TASKS:

Develop and execute social media content plans to enhance brand visibility and engagement across various platforms
Generate innovative ideas for social media campaigns and initiatives to drive audience growth and interaction
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote events
Assist with events and hospitality management
