LODGE SPA MANAGER (Luxury Game Reserve)
PINALESBERG - North-West Province (ZA)
Starting Date: April 2023 / A.S.A.P
Hours: Monday – Sunday based on operations & guest requirements (1 week off for every 3 weeks worked) + annual leave
Reports to: General Manager
Package Potential:
- R10,000 Gross per month
- Services Commission

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- South African national with clear criminal record
- Must have own, reliable transport to travel to Lodge
- Certification from a recognized Beauty Training facility with qualifications in either Spa / Beauty / Cosmetology
- Spa Management qualification - BONUS
- City & Guilds / ITEC / CIDESCO / CIBTAC / SAAHSP qualification
- 3-years’ minimum employment experience within a game reserve, luxury resort or bush lodge in a supervisory role
- Cruise ship employment experience highly beneficial but not essential
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to pleasantly and confidently communicate in English with appropriate grammar (reading, writing and speaking)
- ESP or similar Spa software experience
- Able to train staff on spa protocols and follow up on company brand trainings
- Able to lead and develop employees and services
- Ability to give timely and excellence spa services at all time
- Knowledge of spa and salon procedures
- Knowledge of and ability to sell spa products
