POSITION INFO:
To thrive in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

• An international Beauty Therapy Certificate or Somatology Diploma from ITEC or CIDESCO. Your specialized training and expertise in beauty therapy or somatology will be highly valued and set you apart from the competition.
• 2-3 years of experience working in a Hotel/Spa environment. Your previous experience in the industry will equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to deliver exceptional services to our esteemed guests.
• A proven track record of success in retail. Your ability to engage with customers, upsell products, and generate retail revenue will be crucial to your success in this role.
• The ability to source new business opportunities. You should be a proactive and enthusiastic individual who can attract new clients and establish partnerships to expand the hotel's beauty/spa offerings.
• The skill to develop and maintain a regular client database. Building strong relationships with clients and ensuring their loyalty will be key to enhancing their experience and driving repeat business.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays. As a Beauty/Spa Therapist or Somatologist, you'll be required to adapt to a varied schedule to accommodate the needs of our guests.
