SUMMARY:
Are you passionate about catering equipment? Do you have a knack for keeping things running smoothly? Our client in the catering industry is seeking a Spares Manager to keep their operations sizzling.

POSITION INFO:
The ideal candidate will have a Grade 12 education, along with a relevant Bachelor's degree or equivalent. We're looking for someone who can motivate and develop their team, while keeping safety and health a top priority.

Requirements:

Minimum: Grade 12
Relevant Bachelor's Degree (BTech) or equivalent combination of a tertiary qualification
Ability to motivate and develop direct reports.
Occupational health and safety trained and experience
3-5 years direct work experience in a similar capacity in the same or similar industries
Knowledge of training and supervisory / management techniques.
