Daily

Transaction Log Management
Database Backups and File Size Management
Resolving DBCC Errors
Resolving Database Blocks and Locks
Commissioning and Decommissioning DBs and Servers
Management of Virtual Logs
Ad hoc user queries
Database Performance enhancement
Server performance monitoring and management

Weekly

SQL Server Security Maintenance
Database security
Run SQL Environment Audit
Database Integrity Checks
DB Index and Statistics Maintenance
DB Archiving
