We are looking for a seasoned SQL Developer to join a dynamic IT environment where data fuels strategic decision-making. In this role, you’ll take ownership of designing, developing, and optimizing SQL queries, stored procedures, and database solutions that support business-critical applications. You’ll also play a key role in performance tuning, data integration, and delivering meaningful insights through reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects.
• Optimize database performance through indexing, query tuning, and schema refinement.
• Build and maintain ETL processes to support data integration and reporting.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into database solutions.
• Ensure database security, backup, and disaster recovery readiness.
• Provide documentation, support, and guidance to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Microsoft SQL certifications advantageous).
• Experience: 5+ years in SQL development and relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL).
• Skills:
  
  • Advanced T-SQL or PL/SQL programming and query optimization.
  • ETL development experience (SSIS, Talend, Informatica beneficial).
  • Strong knowledge of data warehousing, dimensional modeling, and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, SSRS).
  • Familiarity with Git and Agile methodologies.
  • Exposure to cloud-based services like Azure SQL or AWS RDS is a plus.
