POSITION INFO:
Our client has their own proprietary software which has been developed and is installed in a number of insurers, UMA''s and brokers as a white labelled full administration cloud based solution/platform.
They are a dynamic technology company where you will be exposed to and learn about systems, SQL, insurance and many different insurance companies and how they run their business. You will be exposed to clients throughout South Africa and abroad. You will also be exposed to over 200 different insurance products and enterprise level infrastructure, performance, technology and scale.
We require a proactive individual who does not need to be micromanaged and complete work packets independently and on time.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- They should have at least 5 years MySQL (or other SQL language experience).
- 3 years in the insurance industry will be beneficial, but this is not a
- requirement.
- Experience in Implementation is essential
- Must be able to Edit and make changes in SQL
- Must have experience in client support
- Must have a high level of self discipline, as 95% is performed remotely
We are looking for a developer with the right aptitude and must be able to think outside of the box.
The candidate must be team players and must be able to perform well under pressure.
