POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities Lead the creative direction of the communication content for the brand across various business units and multiple touch points including social media content and the online business. Oversee the development and timeous execution of world class creative outputs covering promotions, relevant points of sale, and campaigns across ATL, social media, OOH and performance channels. Create bold, culturally relevant campaigns that resonate with the audience with audience, position our brand and properties as oases of entertainment, and drive an increase of visits to our properties. Contribute to the look, feel and expression of the loyalty program, helping grow enrolment, and frequency of use. Collaborate strongly with the brand, digital, business unit and property teams, to accept briefs, converting them into compelling and standout creative. Develop and maintain creative standards & frameworks for advertising and communication content that draws the brand thread between all communications. Manage a designer and a copywriter and build a collaborative team that has a fair amount of freedom to create to produce some break-through business beneficial work.
