POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:
- BSc, BScAgri or similar tertiary qualification
- Multilingual (English and Afrikaans - both essential - spoken and written)
- Experience in the agriculture and/or certification sector (in particular organic/sustainable/fair trade) would be beneficial
- High level of computer literacy
Duties:- Auditing on site (farm, factory, export office)
- Completing audit reports within deadline
- Communication with clients regarding compliance assessment
- Technical assistance to clients in organic industry about the relevant regulations
- Travel to clients in remote areas in South Africa, Lesotho, Mozambique, Zimbabwe, Botswana, Malawi, Zambia, and Namibia
