An exciting opportunity exists for a couple to manage a Hunting/Safari Lodge in Steytlerville. Our client runs a high end lodge that caters to the international and local hunting market. The couple will be housed on the property.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

• Slaughtering, butchering and meat processing
• Charcuterie experience
• Butchery systems/food services qualification etc. are important.
• Route to market for the product will also be important and helpful.
• Lodge Management experience
• Experience with hosting weddings, corporate and other functions
