The successful incumbent must be able to drive Safety and Environment management system as per guidelines, by driving Safety programs conforming to relevant statutory requirements and actively promote safety culture making

POSITION INFO:

Duties and Responsibilities

To create and maintain positive safety culture in both Non-Industrial and Industrial sites.
Manage internal safety fundamentals to ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
Collaborate with management to develop corrective actions, implement safety practices and guidelines, and escalate safety concerns.
To develop and implement the QSHE training programmes..

The Ideal Candidate

Must be well versed with Risk Assessment techniques.
Must be able to carry out incident investigations, root cause analysis and suggest corrective and preventive action.
Must have 5-8 Years in safety & environment in a reputed FMCG environment.

Qualifications

Relevant degree or advanced diploma in Industrial safety from recognized institute

Experience in both industrial & non-industrial environments would be advantageous
