POSITION INFO:

Duties and Responsibilities

• To create and maintain positive safety culture in both Non-Industrial and Industrial sites.
• Manage internal safety fundamentals to ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with management to develop corrective actions, implement safety practices and guidelines, and escalate safety concerns.
• To develop and implement the QSHE training programmes..

The Ideal Candidate

• Must be well versed with Risk Assessment techniques.
• Must be able to carry out incident investigations, root cause analysis and suggest corrective and preventive action.
• Must have 5-8 Years in safety & environment in a reputed FMCG environment.

Qualifications

Relevant degree or advanced diploma in Industrial safety from recognized institute

Experience in both industrial & non-industrial environments would be advantageous
