Core Function of the Sage 200 Consultant:

The Sage 200 Consultant will ensure that a client receives appropriate Sage 200 support in a timely manner. Consulting and supporting clients with any issues relating to Sage 200 or third-party products. Helping with support calls that the company receives and trying to resolve the issues as quick as possible.

Qualifications

• Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Sage 200 Consultant

• Certified Sage 200 Evolution Consultant

• In-depth knowledge of all Sage 200 modules

• Knowledge of Sage Services add-on module

• Strong communication skills (manage client relationships and expectations)

Essential Functions

• Effectively working with Project Managers to ensure the solution is of the highest quality for client satisfaction

• Be experienced with projects, planning, requirements gathering, business process mapping

• Understand common industry business practices

• Demonstrate ability to meet deadlines while handling multiple projects successfully.

• Outstanding organizational, time management, communication, and listening skills required

• Exhibit strong interpersonal, customer service, decision-making, and analytical abilities

• Ability to function effectively in collaborative, team-oriented environments
