POSITION INFO:

You will be responsible for lead generation, onboarding, ongoing account management, and coordination across operations and logistics to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business development and convert leads into long-term clients
• Manage the full sales process, including quoting, negotiation, and follow-ups
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular engagement
• Coordinate with logistics providers and oversee inventory to ensure timely fulfilment
• Track and report on sales performance using CRM systems and internal tools
• Monitor client feedback and identify service improvement opportunities
• Streamline account processes and support operational efficiency
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure consistent service delivery

• Minimum 2–3 years in sales, account management, or client service roles
• Proven experience managing sales pipelines and client portfolios
• Exposure to logistics or inventory management preferred
