SUMMARY:
Our client is a specialist in the UAV Drone field. They are focusing on the Mining and Tourism sectors. They are looking for a results-driven professional with a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field to develop and implement strategic sales and marketing initiatives focused on maximising revenue and expanding market presence. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enhancing brand presence, strengthening customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities across Southern Africa.

POSITION INFO:
Sales & Marketing

Knysna – Western Cape

Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales and marketing plans and campaigns to achieve business growth objectives.
Enhance and manage the company’s social media platforms to improve brand visibility and engagement.
Represent the company at marketing expos, trade shows, and industry events across Southern Africa.
Utilise CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and sales analytics to optimise marketing performance and customer outreach.
Collaborate with operational teams to align client expectations with delivery capabilities.
Prepare and present marketing performance reports and strategic recommendations.
Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Conduct ongoing market and product analysis to identify growth opportunities and monitor competitor activities.
Using targeted advertising to reach specific mining professionals.
Design and implement marketing campaigns and client engagement initiatives to strengthen brand visibility across digital and traditional platforms.
Oversee the creation of marketing materials, manage product positioning, and ensure a strong and consistent online presence.
Direct stakeholder communication and public relations efforts to build and maintain strong client and market relationships.
Travel locally and internationally to company branches and client sites as required.
