JOB DESCRIPTION:

Combined Marketing and Business Development role for a competent marketer with proven sales sklls.

Location: Hybrid role, Northern Suburbs, Johannesburg, auteng

Excellent opportunty for an experenced marketing manager that can guide and define the Product/Service to grow, whilst training and develpng a team.

Duties:

Define the strategic directions and the annual marketing plan
Guide portfolio priorities
Take ownership of launch activity
Create the correct communcatons approach
Manage Social Media (using agency and support team)to build integrated, engaging customer interaction
Manage budget (sales forecast; P&L, etc.)
Lead the marketing mix strategies and the adaptation of communication
Build, develop and manage a team, train them and develop their sales expertise and know-how
Translate the brand’s purpose into strategy

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree
Proven work experience (3-5 years)
Understanding of Digital Marketing
Proven sales track record
Analytical, problem-solving
Ability to multi-task
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
Effective communicator at all levels
Strong Project management knowledge and skills
Team management

Salary: R60 - R70 000 per month
