Sales & Marketing Manager

• Define the strategic directions and the annual marketing plan
• Guide portfolio priorities
• Take ownership of launch activity
• Create the correct communcatons approach
• Manage Social Media (using agency and support team)to build integrated, engaging customer interaction
• Manage budget (sales forecast; P&L, etc.)
• Lead the marketing mix strategies and the adaptation of communication
• Build, develop and manage a team, train them and develop their sales expertise and know-how
• Translate the brand’s purpose into strategy

• Bachelor’s degree
• Proven work experience (3-5 years)
• Understanding of Digital Marketing
• Proven sales track record
• Analytical, problem-solving
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Effective communicator at all levels
• Strong Project management knowledge and skills
• Team management

Salary: R60 - R70 000 per month
