SUMMARY:
Our client in Rosebank, Johannesburg a well-known auctioneer company is looking for a Sales Admin/ General office assistant lady between 25-35 yrs for January 2026.

POSITION INFO:

Key responsibilities

Sales support:

Process sales orders, invoices, and payments.

Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.

Compile sales reports and monitor sales efforts.

Assist with after-sales support.

Office administration:

Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle general correspondence.

File documents, manage mail, and handle various paperwork.

Customer service and communication

Respond to customer inquiries and provide basic customer support.

Communicate effectively with clients, management, and staff.

Document and data management:

Required skills

Matric
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
