SALES ADMINISTRATOR – HEIDELBERG (GAUTENG) Location: Heidelberg, Gauteng Industry: Packaging Employment Type: Permanent Salary: Market‑related (includes Medical Aid & Provident Fund) Language Requirement: Afrikaans & English Residency Requirement: Must reside in or near Heidelberg Introduction Our client in the packaging industry is seeking a reliable, organised and detail‑driven Sales Administrator to support daily sales operations, customer service, order processing and administrative functions. The ideal candidate must live in or close to Heidelberg, communicate confidently in Afrikaans and English, and be comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities Sales Support — Provide administrative support to the sales team Order Processing — Capture, process and follow up on customer orders Customer Communication — Liaise with customers regarding orders, queries and delivery updates Documentation — Prepare quotations, invoices and sales documentation Coordination — Coordinate with production, dispatch and logistics teams Record Keeping — Maintain accurate customer, order and sales records Reporting — Assist with daily, weekly and monthly sales reports General Administration — Handle general office and sales administration duties Minimum Requirements Experience as a Sales Administrator , Internal Sales , or similar role (advantageous) Strong administrative and organisational skills Computer literate (MS Office; experience with sales systems advantageous) Strong communication skills in Afrikaans and English Must reside in or near Heidelberg Reliable, detail‑oriented and able to work independently Customer‑focused with strong follow‑up ability
