JOB SUMMARY:
Our client based in Centurion is a manufacturing company that manufacturers high quality & durable caterware for the catering industry. They are looking to appoint a suitably experienced Sales Administrator to join their team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsibilities:

Grow sales within an existing territory of food service, hospitality & retail accounts via telesales
Setting up of appointments and calling on clients
Converting leads to sales
Arrange promotions and ensure this is properly communicated and actioned
Managing sales queries
Assist with customer queries and quotes
Following up on quotes on a regular basis
Extensive client liaison and ensure client satisfaction
Updating the contact information of existing clients
Liaison with team members to provide assistance with customer service where needed
Manage reports including activity logs, call sheets on a weekly basis.
Providing up to date feedback to management
Oversees and administers the day-to-day activities of the office
Filing
Answer the phone and direct the call to the right person or assist
Solving customer complaints
Assist warehouse manager by contacting clients regarding expected on deliveries
Help and assist warehouse manager with general duties when necessary

Requirements:

Compulsory 3 years’ industry related sales experience (Hospitality& catering)
Minimum of Grade 12
Diploma or certificate in the Hospitality industry advantageous
Previous business to business sales experience preferable
Knowledge of delivery requirements that retail customers require for validation of invoices and valid proof of delivery types
Accuracy in writing and communication when liaising with clients. Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Afrikaans & English
Strong ability to close sales
Excellent work ethic
Computer literate – Microsoft outlook, excel and word.
Omni or Pastel experience an advantage.
Driver’s licence: Code 8
Energetic & positive personality with strong communication skills
Willing to complete a psychometric test
