Duties:

Assistant to sales reps

Opening projects

Following up on outstanding orders

Invoicing completed jobs

Following up on debtors

Producing cash flow forecasts

Assisting walk in clients

Any other admin required by sales reps

Must have experience using outlook, excel, word etc.

5+ years’ experience working on accounting software is essential as well experience working on debtors

Palladium accounting software experience is preferable but not essential.

Candidate must be bilingual (English & Afrikaans)

Own reliable transport

Must be a Non smoker

Age 35+
