SUMMARY:
Leading manufacturer based in Eikenhof, Johannesburg South requires an experienced Sales Administrator.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Grade 12/ Matric
Minimum 5 years’ sales administration experience is required
Experience in the "automotive or engineering" industries will be advantageous
Excellent communicator
MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Attention to detail is vital
Providing support to the Sales and Marketing team, assisting in tasks of editing, typing, correspondence, filing and other administrative duties
Communications both internally and externally to the global
distributor network relating to the order process, shipping process and aftersales requests
Shipping & logistics planning
Ensuring build specs are completed with correct information at all times as per customer orders
Maintaining up to date information on production and parts order delivery times for customers and communicating with customers and managing expectations
Assisting the Sales Manager in keeping up to date with all distributors and assisting with daily tasks with regards to all orders from distributors
Feedback to Sales Manager with dealing and sorting out customer complaints as needed
Maintaining an account of documentation detailing all information relating to sales
Preparing sales documentation and compiling of quotations
Maintaining good client relations by keeping a client record
Invoicing
Ensuring shipping dates for products are met
Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times and ensure that ethic codes are adhered to in all business conducted on the company’s behalf
Scheduling of meetings
Assisting in the planning of company events
Attending to telephonic queries
Such other duties as you may be instructed from time to time by a member of Company management
