SUMMARY:
We are seeking a confident, results-driven, and fully bilingual Call Centre Consultant with 3–4 years’ experience in a call centre environment, preferably within the property investment and/or financial services industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for qualifying warm leads telephonically using a structured script. This is not a cold-calling role — all leads are provided daily.

POSITION INFO:

Duties

Conduct outbound calls to interested clients from provided leads
Achieve a minimum of 60 meaningful conversations per day
Qualify potential clients accurately using a structured script
Build rapport and engage professionally with prospective investors
Identify client needs and assess suitability for property investment opportunities
Accurately capture and update client information on the CRM system
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
Maintain strict compliance and professionalism at all times

Minimum Requirements

3–4 years’ proven call centre experience
Experience in property investment and/or financial services (highly advantageous)
Strong telephone etiquette and professional communication skills
Ability to work confidently with scripts while sounding natural and engaging
