Sales Agent (BPO)

SUMMARY:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-driven Sales Agent to join our team working on a UK-based campaign, focused on selling subscription services and booking sales appointments. As a Sales Agent, your primary responsibilities will include driving new business by selling subscriptions to businesses in the UK, as well as scheduling appointments to close deals. This is a target-driven role, and you will need to exhibit strong communication and sales skills to meet daily performance goals.  The environment is also customer centric with a key focus on Customer Satisfaction Scores (CSAT).

Key Responsibilities:
Subscription Sales:

• Outbound Sales: Proactively reach out to potential businesses in the UK market via phone, email, and other communication channels to sell subscription services. Ability to handle cold calling.
• Product Knowledge: Provide businesses with detailed information about subscription plans, pricing, and benefits, tailoring your pitch to suit individual needs.
• Business Needs Assessment: Identify and understand business requirements, offering suitable subscription packages to meet their needs.
• Objection Handling: Overcome objections and negotiate effectively to close sales while maintaining a business-centric approach.

• Sales Appointments: Schedule appointments for the UK-based sales team with qualified leads to discuss the subscription services in more detail and close sales.
• Lead Qualification: Ensure that leads are qualified before booking appointments, ensuring high conversion rates for the sales team.
• Calendar Management: Efficiently manage and coordinate appointment schedules to align with the availability of the sales team.

• Achieve Sales KPIs: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for subscriptions and booked appointments.
• CRM Usage: Maintain accurate records of all business interactions, leads, and sales activities using CRM tools (e.g., Yaxxa, Freshdesk, Zendesk, Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Performance Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales performance and pipeline status to the management team.

• Business Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential businesses to ensure high business satisfaction.
• Follow-ups: Conduct follow-up calls or emails to ensure business satisfaction and address any queries related to the subscription service.

• Sales Experience:
• At least 1 year proven track record in a sales environment, particularly in B2B, B2C, or subscription-based sales.
• Experience in outbound calling or telesales is a MUST.
• Excellent Communication:
• Fluent in English with a neutral accent and clear and effective communication skills.
• Ability to engage with UK clients and build rapport quickly over the phone.
• Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
• Organizational Skills:
• Ability to manage multiple leads, appointments, and tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail with good time management.
• Tech-Savvy:
• Comfortable using CRM systems to track leads, appointments, and sales.
• Familiarity with sales tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Calendar) and email platforms.
• Self-Motivated & Target-Driven:
• Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Cultural Awareness:
• Comfortable working on a UK campaign, with an understanding of UK business preferences and business practices. Including UK work hours (BST 10am to 7pm SA Time, GMT 11am – 8pm SA Time)
