SUMMARY:
We are part of The Unlimited Group, a leading call centre based in Westville, Durban with over 30 years of industry experience. We specialise in outbound sales for financial products and short-term insurance, offering a dynamic environment with strong earning potential and growth opportunities.

POSITION INFO:

Duties & Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective clients
Promote and sell financial products and short-term insurance
Identify customer needs and present suitable product options
Build rapport and maintain positive client relationships
Guide clients through the full sales and sign-up process
Accurately capture and update customer information on the system
Consistently meet daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs
Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory and campaign requirements
Deliver excellent customer service while effectively closing sales

Desired Experience & Qualification

Matric essential
1+ year experience in any sales or customer-facing role
Must reside in Durban
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Target-driven and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
