SUMMARY:
Our client in Centurion is looking for a Sales Application Engineer to support the sales process of Collision Avoidance Systems (CAS) through technical expertise and application knowledge. The role involves translating customer needs into effective technical solutions, supporting sales teams, and promoting the adoption of CAS technologies across mining environments.

POSITION INFO:
Roles & Responsibilities:

Collaborate with sales teams to support customer engagements and secure deals.
Conduct technical product demonstrations and assist with proposals and tenders.
Provide technical recommendations and risk assessments for optimal solutions.
Act as a liaison between customers, product management, and engineering.
Equip sales teams with tools and knowledge to address technical inquiries.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
2–5 years’ experience in technical sales or engineering support within mining or industrial sectors.
Experience with Collision Avoidance Systems essential.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel internationally when required.
